About You

• A good communicator who enjoys chatting with people but is also an excellent listener.
• An honest and genuinely caring person with compassion and empathy, who loves to help others.
• Patient and able to adapt yourself to other people's abilities.
• Flexible and adaptable enough to handle changes and variety in your daily work.
• Reasonably fit, to handle the physical demands of this work.
• A generally positive person with a "can do" attitude, who enjoys working with people.
  

About the roles:

• Travel & accommodation are provided
• Fixed-term 4-12 week contract length
• Guaranteed 38+ hours per week available
• Mixture of 10-15 locations including Rural/Regional/Remote Aboriginal services
• Market leading pay
• Weekly pay cycles
  

You will need:

• Australian Work rights
• Current police check & NDIS clearance
• Minimum 12-months Australian Aged Care experience
• Willingness to work all shift patterns: AMs, PMs, Nights, Weekends
• Available for a minimum 6 weeks at a time.
• Covid & Flu-2024 vaccines.
