As part of their commitment to developing and improving health & safety, they are seeking a proactive individual with excellent communication skills to collaborate with local Managers and employees to increase safety awareness and adherence. 
Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with local management and employees to develop and enhance safety awareness. 
• Conduct audits and inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards 
• Take the lead in health and safety incident investigations, offering vital support to the business, identifying corrective measures, and contributing to long-term solutions.
• Provide Health & safety related training and guidance to all stakeholders.
  

Qualifications and Experience:

• Possess formal Health & Safety qualifications (min. Cert IV)
• Have previous experience in a safety role, and a solid understanding of H&S legislation.
• Self motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Hold a current driver's license and be able to travel regularly 3-4 days per week.
