Who is Kadia?

Kadia Occupational Therapy is a well-established business, with a 13 year journey to date. Built on the shoulders of our founder's first practice - Reclaim Therapy, Kadia has already achieved national recognition and impact across Australia.

We believe that the best way to provide exceptional therapy is to also provide an exceptional experience for our team and have designed our staff experience and clinical framework on the input of many clinicians in what they desire in their dream roles.

The success and reality of the benefits experienced by team members of the Kadia Framework has been recognised in the National Allied Health Awards for team culture.

The Founder:

When you join Kadia, you also get direct access to our founder Janelle Arnold. She has worked across healthcare in private and public spaces, and is driven in her pursuit of growing OT's to be their best selves and providing support to the wider OT community because of her experience as a sister of someone who lived with disability. She believes every single person, no matter their life challenge or disability holds inherent value - and deserve to live with deep, meaningful enrichment.

Janelle knows that to have a rippling effect across the world of those living with disability and disease in Australia, it starts right at the ‘home’ of each Therapist. This philosophy is what drives Janelle to ensure the Kadia Leadership and team members are provided the structure and support to thrive, as well as the space and autonomy to step into the opportunities available.
