The Role:

• Focus on promoting healthy ageing and good resident outcomes - not just pain management 
• Conduct initial assessment of residents and develop comprehensive care plans 
• Provide clinical physiotherapy services (including rehabilitation, exercise, HEP's, pain management, re-enablement, ect) for residents as required
• Regularly comprehensively review residents
• Work with the clinical team to reduce falls
• Shape clinical services at the site
• Work with residents, their families and other stakeholders to improve resident outcomes
• Deliver resident care in accordance with current professional and ethical standards, evidence-based practice, clinical reasoning and relevant legislation.

This role will require you to be located at our Christies Downs facility

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Physiotherapy
• Current registration with the Australian Health and Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
• A current National Police Clearance (or willingness to apply)
• Covid and seasonal influenza vaccination status to be provided
