With over 40 years of experience in the Victorian construction space, this company builds a variety of commercial projects up to $20 million. Their office is located in the Eastern suburbs and is easily accessible by public transport. They pride themselves on repeat business through the delivery of top-quality builds and focus on their core values of safety, quality, and value for money. The company has projects secured through the end of 2024, including numerous childcare, medical, industrial, multi-storey, and fuel station projects. They are looking to expand their current team to meet these demands. This company has multiple projects across Metro Melbourne, so they're looking for a Safety Representative to work closely with OHS Labourers and Operations Manager.

Roaming role across Metro Melbourne. You will need your own vehicle and be prepared to travel. You will be expected to cover anywhere up to 3 sites at any given time. Estimated 70/30 split between Safety tasks and assisting with hands-on tasks on site. You will have OHS Labourers reporting to you on different sites. You will report up to the Operations Manager and work closely with them on a day-to-day basis. Safety Walks, Audits, WorkSafe notifications, toolboxes.

MUST HAVE :

• Experience within the Commercial construction industry
• Certificate IV in WHS/OHS

Additional tickets including Traffic, First Aid, EWP, Spotters will all be highly beneficial. Excellent communication skills. Hands-on/can-do attitude.

$120-130K package (Base + Super + Car allowance). Progression to an off-tools role eventually based on performance. Work with a well-known Tier 3 Commercial builder.
