Clinical Nurse 

Currently seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse to join a medium facility in approx. 1 hour East of Adelaide. In this role, you will lead and motivate a team of care staff on the floor to provide the highest standard of care to residents.

• AHPRA Registered Nurse- DIV 1 
• Experience in a Clinical Nurse, Clinical lead or CCC role is essential 
• Excellent aged care clinical skills
• Experience in managing and mentoring care staff
• Demonstrated leadership skills
• Demonstrated knowledge of accreditation standards and understanding of continuous improvement
• NDIS Workers Screening Check
