Job Description:

Schedule time from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM

Past employment verification is required.

Candidate must be able to lift up to 20 lbs.

Candidates that are fluent in French are preferred and will have first consideration for the position.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze document content to identify the relevant business area/work type
• Apply tracking methodology for specific mail streams and processes
• Perform document scanning responsibilities on high-speed scanners
• Monitor work flow queues to troubleshoot imaging issues
• Provide quality control and excellent customer service
• Act as a liaison between Office Services and Business Unit customers
• Maintain a consistent workflow and meet all Service Level Agreements

Requirements:

• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Critical attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Manage fluctuating work volumes and set priorities
• Working knowledge of AWD, CICS, Lotus Notes, IAS, Compass, InfoDirect
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to maintain confidential information
• PC skills and experience operating office equipment
