We have a vacancy for an Assistant Garment Technologist to join a leading Retailer. The role covers Muti product woven Menswear.

The role…

• Developing the range; focusing on front-end product development, blocks & fit, driving technical innovation and product improvements whilst promoting collaborative and close working relationships with the Product team.
• Approving and progressing the range; delivering good quality standards, providing clear and concise written and verbal communication internally and externally; whilst managing supply base to meet expectations.
• Managing in season; reviewing product quality throughout season , auditing and utilising information to further improve quality

About you…

• Using your extensive technical experience & exceptional eye for technical detail, you will be working independently on a high profile department with support and direction from your garment technologist
• Utilising your qualifications & experience within the garment industry you will communicate effectively within a multi-functional team.
• You’ll be able to demonstrate a good understanding of pattern, construction, and manufacturing methods . You’ll show drive and initiative to generate and implement new ideas on your department and across the Menswear division.
