Clinical Research Associate II/Senior CRA - Wales

AL Solutions is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Research Associate II/Senior CRA to join their top 5 CRO client in Wales. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing clinical trials for our pharmaceutical and biotechnology clients. As a CRA II/Senior CRA, you will be responsible for monitoring site activities, ensuring protocol compliance, and maintaining high-quality data collection. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated and driven individual to contribute to groundbreaking research and make a significant impact in the field of clinical research.
Responsibilities:
  • Conduct site identification, initiation, monitoring, and closeout visits according to the study protocol, GCP, and regulatory requirements
  • Ensure appropriate site training and study materials are provided to investigators and site staff
  • Review and verify essential documents and data records at investigational sites
  • Perform source data verification and resolve data queries in a timely manner
  • Monitor patient safety and report adverse events in compliance with regulatory guidelines
  • Ensure compliance with study procedures and relevant regulations
  • Maintain accurate and complete study documentation and study files
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a scientific or healthcare-related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Clinical Research Associate, preferably in a CRO or pharmaceutical setting
  • Thorough knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines and regulatory requirements
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to travel to investigational sites as required
