About the role
The purpose of this role is to deliver high quality, evidenced based advanced social work services to clients of the Behavioural Emergency Response Team (BERT), as part of an interprofessional team to prevent admission and/or expediate discharge from Metro North Health acute and subacute services
About you

- High Performance – cultivates innovation, is action oriented, drives results and supports Metro North's vision and purpose to exceed expectations of our consumers and stakeholders, has advanced level organisational skills to manage complex and fluid workflow in relation to NDIS matters
- Integrity – demonstrates sound decision quality, ensures accountability, demonstrates courage in the face of adversity and works effectively / manages complexity to ensure work output and decisions are ethical and invariably of a high standard, in accordance with AASW practice standards
