Up to £55000k OTE. (2 Placement Service x 2 Services, EBD, Cannock, WS11)

As a Dual registered Manager, you'll be integral to the smooth running of daily life within our homes, enabling young people to thrive. Both homes will have an Assistant Manager to support you alongside a Team Leader.

Your role will include:

  • Managing a warm and friendly home, that provides a safe and supportive environment for children and young people to achieve positive outcomes that are authentic to them.
  • Achieving compliance with the Children's Homes Regulations and ensuring your home is always able to evidence a high standard of care and quality.
  • Undertaking a Level 5 qualification in Leadership and Management so you have all the knowledge and skills you need to help your team achieve success.

What we're looking for from you with our EPC Criteria below;

  • Experience: You have a minimum of 2 years' experience of managing an Ofsted home that carries a rating of good or above.
  • Proven Track: Record due to dual manager Status is essential.
  • Competence: You hold an NVQ/QCF Level 3 Diploma for the Children's and Young People's Workforce or QCF Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification in Children and Young People's Services.
