This fabulous opportunity exists to join the Infinite team as a full time Payroll Officer (Blue Collar) in our National Office located in Bundall on the beautiful Gold Coast - Residential Aged Care Providers Australia | Infinite Age Care (infin8care.com.au)

You will become part of the backbone of our existing Payroll team and will work closely with them to provide the very best Payroll service across the organisation. This team is essential to support our employees delivering the best care for our residents and highly engaged.

Reporting to our Payroll Manager, this role is responsible for:

  • Deliver timely and accurate payroll services, including fortnightly payroll, taxation, workers compensation and superannuation payments.
  • Process all system onboarding of new employees into the HRIS & Payroll system (iChris) including understanding of terms and conditions and preparation of taxation and superannuation forms for payroll action.
  • Preparing and processing payroll actions required within a fortnightly pay cycle including wage variations, terminations and leave entitlements.
  • Monitoring a ticketing system (Zendesk) to manage enquiries and requests.
  • Assist in end of month reconciliations and account integration preparation – to name a few.

About You

You will be an experienced Payroll Officer who has end to end payroll experience, be familiar and comply with all company procedures and policies. You will also:
