HireNow Staffing is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in the Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) in Fort Mohave, AZ.  As an RN in the PACU, you will be responsible for providing specialized nursing care to patients recovering from anesthesia and surgical procedures, ensuring their safety and comfort as they transition from the operating room to recovery.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                     Position: RN PACU - Full-timeLocation: Fort Mohave, AZ 86426Shift: 8-hour days Mon/FriSalary: $72,000.00 - $94,000.00Bonus Details:Qualified candidates who commit to a three-year employment agreement will receive a $20,000 sign-on bonus and relocation assistance.Relocation Package:We offer a comprehensive relocation package to assist with the costs of moving to Fort Mohave, AZ.Responsibilities:Monitor patients' vital signs and neurological status following surgeryAssess patients' pain levels and administer medications as neededCollaborate with surgical and anesthesia teams to develop individualized care plansProvide emotional support and education to patients and their familiesMaintain accurate medical records and documentationMust-Have: 1 Associate Degree from an accredited professional nursing school required.2 Certifications: BLS required upon hire.3 1 year as Registered Nurse- Med Surge RN, Emergency Room, PACU and/or Cath Lab required4 Arizona Registered Nurse and/or Compact State Registered Nurse Required.Nice-To-Haves:1 3 years' experience RN Med Surge, ER, PACU and/or Cath Lab 2 Bachelor's degree preferred.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                    If you are a compassionate and skilled RN seeking a rewarding opportunity in PACU nursing, we encourage you to apply.
