You will be involved in the implementation of clinical care packages, phlebotomy and assessment, treatment and the evaluation of patients’ care.You will support and assist patients with the activities of daily living, work with the Pharmacy Team to help them fulfil their daily tasks and you will be encouraged to take the lead on well-being promotion clinics.What you'll be doingWe are on the lookout for Mental Health Support Workers who have experience of working within a Primary Care setting, including GP surgeries and hospitals. You will also have experience working in a multi-disciplinary team and have excellent communication skills.You’ll hold an NVQ 2/3 in Health and Social Care and must have a willingness to undertake training in Mental Health Awareness, suicide prevention, self-harm, and ACCT procedures as well as Health Promotion and screening.You’ll receive an hourly pay rate of £12.55.
