The Role

  • Lead the clinical team ensuring residents medical, physical and emotional needs are met.
  • To Ensure compliance ensure our clinical governance framework is followed at all times.
  • Mentor and motivate colleagues, champion residents safety and dignity and drive continuous improvement.
  • Provide outstanding leadership for all colleagues.
  • As a named nurse support residents with a range of complex needs and dependency levels.
  • Continuously strive towards ensuring clinical excellence within the home

Essential Requirements

  • An NMC Registered Nurse
  • Understands clinical assessment tools like Waterlow and MUST
  • Experienced in writing comprehensive care plans
  • Be able to demonstrate excellent leadership qualities and clinical knowledge

At Lennox House care home, were committed to providing care that is centred on each persons individual needs.

Set in a peaceful residential area of Islington in North London, Lennox House is a large, modern and comfortablecare homeproviding the best care and support for older people. Were dedicated to providing nursing and residential care including expert care for individuals with Alzheimers and other forms of dementia.

Our carers experience specific dementia training developed by Care UKs own in-house experts to better understands the challenges faced by individuals with Alzheimers and other forms of dementia. This allows our team at Lennox House care home to provide helpful and sensitive care.

Our care home is full of passionate carers and we help our residents maintain links with the local community as well as support in staying close to their loved ones. Family and friends of residents can visit anytime and stay for as long as they like whether they want to eat dinner with their loved one or walk around with them in our large secure gardens. We also provide endless support for our residents should they want to chat- in which case, well pop the kettle on and have a heart-to-heart with them over a cup of tea.
