Neonatologist

Saskatchewan Health Authority (SHA) – Saskatoon and University of Saskatchewan, Department of Pediatrics, Division of Neonatology is seeking applications for a permanent full time Neonatologist. The Jim Pattison Children’s Hospital (JPCH) Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) is a 48 single room unit that provides patient care to a range of infants, including extremely premature to infants with surgical problems. The JPCH NICU has a wide catchment area providing services to Northern Saskatchewan. In addition, to standard level 3 newborn care, we offer a variety of active clinical programs such as point of care ultrasound, neuro-critical care and family centered care. The successful candidate will join a team of 5 full time Neonatologists, in a level 2 and 3 NICU, sharing in the clinical workload of the NICU follow up program at JPCH. In addition, the team consists of 6 Neonatal Nurse Practitioners and 10 Clinical Associates.Benefits are the responsibility of the successful candidate.Additional InformationThe new Jim Pattison Children’s Hospital offers state-of-the-art equipment and facilities for children, mothers and families from across our province.
