Your Role and Responsibilities
  • Manage & oversee twosupported living services (Sawbridgeworth & Royston)
  • Inspire a culture of excellence, kindness, and transparency within the team.
  • Ensure adherence to CQC standards, fostering an environment of safety and high-quality care
  • Champion the development and implementation of personalised support plans that enhance service users' quality of life
  • Foster strong relationships with service users, families, staff, and healthcare professionals
Who You Are
  • Holding a Level 5 NVQ in Health and Social Care (or equivalent) with at least 2 years of management experience in a health & social care setting
  • Embodying integrity, compassion, and a commitment to excellence in care
  • With a passion for finding creative solutions and improving care delivery
  • Excellent communication skills and a natural ability to build strong relationships
