About the roleJoin our dynamic People and Culture team and become the cornerstone of support for our staff. As a key member, you'll be the go-to advisor for all things health and safety, organisational wellbeing, risk management, reporting, and investigations. With your knowledge and diligence, you'll champion our proactive health, safety, and organisational wellbeing goals, fostering a holistic safety-first culture. Your guidance will empower our staff and leaders to proactively address health and safety issues and uphold the highest standards of practice, in compliance with regulations.
Other responsibilities include but are not limited to:
To be successful in this role, you will have an extensive understanding of Occupational Health and Safety legislation, regulations, and codes of practice, with experience working in diverse settings or high-risk environments. You will also have excellent consulting and advisory skills with the ability to partner with key stakeholders to minimize safety risks and relate Occupational Health and Safety to business priorities.
