The Role

The Registered Nurse positions will be offered on a permanent full-time basis to cover all shifts of the Care Home.

The Benefits

  • Base pay rate up to $50 per hour (dependent on experience)
  • Relocation Payment Incentive is offered up to $8K paid as a one-off payment at the beginning with clawback clause
  • Retention for the first 12-months, Payment is offered at $10K paid in 4 quarterly installments of $2,500(for non-sponsored candidates only)

What will you bring?

- A passion and energy for world-class care

- AHPRA registration as a Div 1 Registered Nurse – Essential

- Ability to work as part of a tight-knit team and delegate effectively

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- A strong understanding of Resident Rights, and Aged Care Accreditation Standards and their Outcomes
