Rates: From £28ph to £36ph

Responsibilities:
Provide direct nursing care to patients of varying ages and medical conditions.
Administer medications and treatments according to established protocols.
Monitor patient progress, document observations, and communicate effectively with the healthcare team.
Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
Ensure adherence to infection control and safety protocols.
Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, procedures, and self-care.
Participate in multidisciplinary rounds and contribute to care discussions.
Requirements:
Valid and current registration as a Registered General Nurse (RGN).
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Nursing.
Proven experience as an RGN in a clinical setting.
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail and a commitment to providing quality care.
Basic computer skills for electronic medical record documentation.
