Job Title: HSE Advisors - Solar PV - Renewable Energy

Location: Ireland

Our client is a leading Energy company with a global presence and focuses on the development, construction, and operation of renewable energy projects.

They are looking for HSE Advisors to join them across Ireland on solar projects. The ideal candidates will be based in Ireland and have HSE experience on solar farms.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor contractors to ensure compliance with safety regulations and project-specific requirements.
• Maintain accurate and updated records and documentation related to health and safety during the construction phase of the Project.
• Prepare progress reports and documentation for internal use and client requirements, as pre project requirements
• Issue permits to work and ensure they are always adhered to
• Carryout site inductions to all workers/visitors prior to entering the site covering all Health and Safety aspects
• Assist the HSE Manager where necessary
• Carry out Health and Safety training
• Toolbox talks

What is needed from you:

• Based in Ireland
• Proven experience as a HSE specialist
• Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and standards
• Understanding of CDM regulations
• Experience working on Solar farms in a HSE capacity
