As a Staff Nurse ICU, your responsibilities would include:

• Providing direct nursing care to patients requiring level 2&3 care, following established policies, procedures and protocols.
• Prioritising nursing care and recognising deterioration in patient's condition, escalating to the senior nursing team or clinicians immediately.
• Serving as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.
• Assessing and coordinating patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.

• A wide range of experience working in critical care specialities, including cardiac and cardiothoracic, neurosurgery, renal, and GI surgery.
• Completion of Step 1 Critical Care Competencies Course.
