Role Overview:
Join the team as an HSE Advisor, collaborating closely with site operations to champion and execute various HSE initiatives. Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping a safer, more sustainable future at the Dandenong Manufacturing Site.
Key Responsibilities:

• Spearhead the execution of the HSE strategy, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.
• Establish and maintain consistent communication channels to standardise HSE management practices.
• Monitor project implementation, ensuring adherence to HSE plans and objectives.
• Act as a change agent, educating teams on HSE best practices.
• Enforce compliance with legal and company HSE standards, identifying and addressing areas for improvement.
• Provide coaching and mentorship on HSE matters, actively participating in addressing key issues across the site.
• Support timely investigation of HSE incidents.
• Coordinate and support injury management/RTW process for the site. 

• Cert IV in Workplace Health Safety or related field.
• Previous experience in HSE within a manufacturing setting.
• A proactive approach to identifying and implementing HSE initiatives.
• Strong team player with a hands-on mentality, capable of fostering strong relationships with on-site personnel.
• Exceptional communication skills across various platforms and stakeholders.
• A sound knowledge of the Australian Work Health and Safety Legal Framework.
• Knowledge and management of the Injury Management/RTW process.
