Shift : Mid, 10:30a-9p, 10×4, 40 hrs per week, Sun-Thu or Tue-Sat

Length : 13 weeks

Requirements:

• FL license
• 2 years experiencein acute care PT
• Acute Care Experience Required
• BLS
• ICU Experience preferred
• Locals accepted
• First-timers accepted
• COVID-19 Vaccine (Facility Guideline): Required – Medical/Religious Exemptions Only
• Flu Vaccine (Facility Guideline): Required – Medical/Religious Exemptions Only

Productivity Standards:One patient, two units/hour

Years of experience REQ: 2 years in acute care PT

First-timers accepted: SCREEN – must have strong acute background

Certs REQ:

– BLS

Is on-call REQ? (Y/N) What is the req? N

Open to accommodating block schedule? Y – Sun-Thu or Tue-Sat

Locals accepted: Y – same rate as travelers.

Pending License accepted: N – Florida State or compact license required at time of submission

Special Requirements:

– Acute Care Experience Required

– ICU Exprience Preferred

– 2 references from authority figures (Managers, Supervisor, Charge Nurse, or Director) included with submission

– Flu vaccine required – Medical/Religious Exemptions Only.
