What You Will Be Doing
In this role as a Registered Nurse Grade 2, you will be working within a dynamic and diverse team in our fast-paced Emergency department in Frankston. Our Emergency department has 5 state of the art Resus Bays including a class-N negative pressure room, 4 Paediatric cubicles with a dedicated separate waiting area, 10 bed Fast Track area and 30 Short Stay beds. We have dedicated emergency department educators to ensure you are well supported in your role with great opportunities to advance your skills. We have a variety of fixed term Full time or part time roles available.
If you have highly developed clinical skills, are passionate about providing person centred care and working closely with a supportive team in an exciting role where no 2 days are the same, then this role is for you!
What You Need
We anticipate you will have:
• Current Nursing Registration with AHPRA
•Demonstrated clinical knowledge and skills commensurate with experience and scope of practice in the specialty of Emergency or Critical Care.
• Passion to work in a fast paced, supportive team environment
• Availability to work across a 7 day rotating roster
• A Post Graduate qualification in Emergency or Critical Care Nursing or working towards (desirable)
