About My Health Clinic

My Health Clinic is a multidisciplinary private practice with multiple locations across Perth providing a range of services including Physiotherapy, Chiropractic, Dietetics, and Remedial Massage. MHC has flexible case load which includes Musculoskeletal practice, Neurological Rehabilitaion, Medicare and DVA to motor vehicle insurance, workers compensation claims and NDIS disability supports. Furthermore, MHC has a Neurological rehabilitation facility providing rehabilitation to complex neurological patients across Perth.

My Health Clinic are also registered NDIS providers providing goal centered supports to participants both in clinic or community based with a range of disabilities. NDIS therapists work within a supported NDIS team coordinated and supported by a NDIS manager, coordinator and other clinicians/therapists working to the same desired goals and outcomes.

About the Role's

We are seeking enthusiastic Dietitian t to join our growing business at both graduate to experienced levels to join team across all locations. Successful applicants would act as our patients' partner and advocate on their road to recovery, from diagnosis to the completion of rehabilitation and or ongoing Dietetic support to improve lifestyle and quality of life.

Applicants must have genuine interest in providing care for others and improving quality of life.

Role Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Meet with patients and identify needs and goals.
  • Devise detailed treatment plans to achieve needs and goals.
  • Motivate and encourage patients throughout treatment their process.
  • Exercise personal judgment (i.e., make modifications as needed) during treatment execution to ensure patient safety and continued progress.
  • Devise detailed meal plans and self-care schedules to support patient independence and progression.
  • Evaluate effects of therapy and keep detailed records of patient appointments and progress.
  • Communicate with patients' physicians regularly to ensure consistent care.
  • Comply with federal and state physical therapy regulations and maintain patient confidentiality.
  • Contribute to CPD requirements.

Role Includes:

  • Mentorship and Training.
  • Fantastic and stable renumeration with contract options available if preferred.

  • Training and mentorship from senior therapists (if required). 
  • Training Program and support (if required).

  • End to end support.

Successful Applicants must have or be able to get:

  • Qualified and Registered
  • Drivers license and right to work
  • First Aid and CPR
  • Police Clearance 
  • Working with Children 
  • Friendly, positive with a can do attitude
