Physiotherapist - Aged Care - Inner North Melbourne

We are currently seeking a dynamic and caring Physiotherapist to come join the team in the inner north of Melbourne.

About The Role
We are currently seeking a dynamic and caring Physiotherapist to come join the team in the inner north of Melbourne.
This role is set within a residential aged care setting and aged care clinic. You will be expected to work across a couple of sites in the area. You will be supported by a team of experienced Physiotherapists and work amongst a multi disciplinary team within the residential and clinic based settings.
Your Responsibilities Will Include

  • Conducting falls reviews and falls prevention management
  • Pain management therapies and care plans,
  • Exercise prescription, gym and hydrotherapy classes
  • Manual handling staff training
  • Report writing
This role can be either full-time or part-time.

About You:
  • Relevant Tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy
  • Full AHPRA registration
  • A passion for high-quality service delivery
  • Previous Aged Care experience is desirable
  • Strong communication and report writing skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Current driver's licence and car (required)
  • Police Check
  • Up-to-date COVID-19 vaccinations (3 doses)
  • 2024 influenza vaccination
  • NDIS Check (includes Police Clearance)
  • Eligible to work permanently in Australia
