About The Role
We are seeking a dynamic Speech Pathology Team Leader to join a progressive national community NDIS organisation in Brisbane.
As the Team Lead, you will mentor and support team members in both operational and clinical aspects of their caseloads. You will be responsible for tasks related to payroll, statistical analysis, organizing and delivering staff training and education, and reporting to the State Manager. Monitoring team performance and wellbeing outcomes will be a crucial aspect of your responsibilities, ensuring a positive and healthy work environment for everyone. In addition to your leadership responsibilities, you will also maintain a small clinical caseload situated near your home, allowing for a convenient and balanced approach to your work.
Full time or Part time considered.

About You
  • Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
  • AHPRA registration
  • 4+ years' experience in a therapeutic role
  • Experience within the community setting
  • Highly developed clinical expertise
  • Patient, service-orientated and more importantly a ‘people person’
  • Highly approachable and a good listener
  • Strong documentation skills
  • Exceptional time management skills
  • Ability to build a loyal caseload, as well as balance mentoring requirements
  • Ability to communicate with stakeholders and educate across service streams
  • Active listener and critical thinking skills
  • Strong video conferencing skills
  • Current drivers licence and own vehicle
  • Eligible to work permanently in Australia
