About the Women’s Recovery Network (WREN)

WREN is an innovative service developed in response to the Royal Commission recommendations for partnerships between the public and private sector, and the need for gender segregation and sexually safe units.We recognise that women experiencing mental ill-health have specific needs that differ from their male counterparts that require tailored treatment and support.Located at Ramsay Clinic Albert Road, the clinic is owned and operated by Ramsay Health Care, a global operator of private hospitals and primary care clinics with 73 Australian sites employing over 30,000 people.

About the Role

This position is located within the Hospital in the Home Program. Mental Health Enrolled Nurses provide intensive support for consumers and their families/carers/supporters in their home, allowing for greater flexibility of care.

In this role you will be working in a NEW venture providing mental health care and support for women, and those who identify as women in a dedicated public-private partnership. You will work within a multidisciplinary team providing holistic and patient centered recovery focussed care.

About You

You love the challenge, and the satisfaction, of working at the top level of practice in mental health care.

  • Qualifications and registration with AHPRA as an Enrolled Nurse(medication endorsed)
  • Minimum 1 years’ experience within Mental Health
  • Strong desire to work within an innovative service using trauma informed approach
  • Interest and ability to work in a specific woman’s only unit
  • A passion for working with people and families/carers/supporters
