Clinical Care Manager
This is an excellent opportunity for an established Care Manager or DDON looking to Clinically Manage this Large sized Aged Care Facility, in the South West of Sydney.
The Role
This is a rare opportunity to work alongside a widely respected Regional Manager and Facility Manager that are committed to creating an inspiring and uplifting environment for its staff and residents. We are looking for a CCM who is a natural leader and prides themselves on their leadership skills.
As the Clinical Care Manager, you will need to have a collaborative approach to work closely with the Care Coordinators to ensure optimum standards of care are delivered. Together, you will lead and execute best practice clinical care processes and procedures to minimise risk and maximise resident independence and wellbeing.
You will be assisted with a strong structure. You will work alongside a dedicated quality, funding, operations team, 2 CCC's and you will be able to delegate work to other Senior Clinical staff.
To Be Successful In This Role, You Must Have

• Registered Nurse - AHPRA registration.
• 3 years or more of Care Management experience.
• Solid understanding and proven track record with the Aged Care accreditation standards.
• Demonstrated knowledge of all relevant legislation, AN ACC, regulatory requirements and professional standards.
• Excellent relationship-building skills with the ability to lead & mentor teams.
• Solid communication and presentation skills.
• Working rights in Australia.
