Nursing - Aged Care (Healthcare & Medical)

Located in Ballarat ,Nazareth Care is a fully accredited, not-for-profit organisation and home to 145 residents. Nazareth House provides excellence in person centred and clinical care, with respect and compassion for all - Aged Care from the heart.
We are currently seeking experienced and energetic Registered Nurses  to join our friendly team on a Permanent (Grade 5) and Casual (Grade 2)  basis. Your passion and professionalism will be instrumental in enhancing the care and wellbeing of our residents. 
 
What you will be doing:

• Providing a high level of clinical care, assessments and support
• Leading and mentoring the team; driving improvements and best practice
• Engaging with residents, family members, doctors and health professionals
• Documentation and accurate record keeping

 
What we are looking for:

• Bachelor of Nursing and AHPRA registration
• Previous experience as a Registered Nurse, ideally within Aged Care
• A natural leader with strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent clinical assessment and observation skills
• Enthusiasm and passion for making a difference
• NDIS Screening Check and Training Module (or willing to obtain)
• Permanent availability (PMs) or Casual availability (AM, PM, ND)
