Mater is currently seeking applications for enthusiastic Registered Nurses to join the multidisciplinary Central Nursing Office team. These will be permanent positions, on either a part-time or full-time basis depending on the successful applicants.

Our Central Nursing Office team works across varying shifts on a 24/7 period, and therefore open availability and flexibility is essential . This role is a great opportunity for an RN to be exposed to different areas of the South Brisbane campus (both public and private) and gain valuable experience. 

Salary range: $40.27 - $51.74 (Registered Nurse) per hour plus superannuation and salary packaging

What you’ll be doing

You will form part of the nursing team to continue in the provision of expert care to patients who are always seeking excellent standards of nursing care. Your enthusiasm and skills will see you seamlessly integrate into the team, assisting to provide an exceptional level of care and to hit-the-ground-running.

About you

To be considered suitable for the RN Relief Pool role you will be:

• Current AHPRA registration (without restriction)
• Flexibility to perform in various wards, adaptability to seamlessly integrate in to different teams and work under different NUMs
• Consistent availability to complete shifts at short notice
• Commitment to excellence in nursing practice and professional development
• Demonstrated ability to work well within a multidisciplinary team
• Basic computer skills and proven ability to use health information systems
