As the OHS Advisor (ServiceSystems Lead) , you will spearhead the development, implementation, andmanagement of Hudson Institute's OHS service system and platform framework.Your primary focus will be on enhancing online platforms for OHS and recordsmanagement, driving the analysis, streamlining, and simplification of OHSprocesses. Utilizing your leadership and engagement skills, you'll foster aculture of continuous process improvement within the OHS team.
In addition to managing the OHSservice system, you will oversee an online library of processes, OHS records,and tracking of inductions and training, contributing to the broader functionsof the Health and Safety team. Acting as the first point of contact for all OHSmatters, injury management, and emergency management, you'll also facilitateand maintain OHS communications within the Hudson Institute.
The OHS Advisor (Service SystemsLead) is an integral part of the Health and Safety team and will reportdirectly to the Health and Safety Manager.

This position is available in a Full time or Part time (0.8 – 1.0 FTE) capacity. Salary is based on Scientific Support GroupTap 6. As a not-for-profit organization, employees have access to generous salarypackaging options.
