Your next best thing! We are seeking multiple permanent full time or part time Associate Nurse Managers – After Hours to join the Logan and Beaudesert Health Service.

About the Role:
The Associate Nurse Manager – After Hours (AHAsNM) works collaboratively to create a positive practice environment that achieves best practice outcomes for recipients of the healthcare service. This includes:

• Supporting the coordination of nursing and midwifery staff outside of normal business hours.
• Managing risks and escalating concerns to the AHNM.
• Providing support to the management of resources outside of normal business hours.
• Providing clinical and professional leadership.
• Supporting units with high clinical workload.
• Is accountable for the delivery of safe clinical practice and professional advice.

About You:
