We are seeking a Clinical Nurse or SeniorRegistered Nurse to join the team at our aged care home inMandurah. This will be a hands-on role working out on the floorwith our lovely residents and would be suited to an establishedClinical Nurse or a senior Registered Nurse looking to move to thenext level in their career.

Reporting to the Clinical Nurse Manager, this a full-timepermanent position to work 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday.Working hours are 8:00am to 4:00pm.

About the role:

  • Provide clinical leadership to ensure quality nursingcare
  • Analyse clinical outcomes and provide timely feedback onimprovement strategies for the care team
  • Working within the multi-disciplinary team to ensure allaspects of care recipients’ physical, emotional, social,spiritual and clinical care needs are addressed
  • Mentor the clinical team to ensure they develop goodcommunication channels with clients and their families
  • Report, analyse, review and implement quality improvementstrategies

About you:

You genuinely care about your team and residents and enrichingthe ageing experience. You will also bring:

  • Current and unrestricted AHPRA registration as a RegisteredNurse
  • Previous management experience within a clinicalsetting
  • Demonstrated leadership of a multi-skilled team, with theability to motivate and inspire others
  • Recency of relevant practise (e.g. aged care, dementia,palliative, restorative care)
  • Working knowledge of Accreditation standards, funding toolsand relevant legislation
  • Willingness to uphold the vision, mission and values of TheBethanie Group
  • A current police clearance or willingness to get one
  • Willingness to obtain relevant vaccinations 3x COVID andannual Flu vaccinations
