$105,000 – $112,999 per year + travel expenses

We are looking for passionate senior occupational therapists with excellent clinical skills to maximise client potential and outcomes. Our primary caseloads are in the areas of NDIS and Aged Care. 

We carefully match each occupational therapist’s unique skill set, expertise and clinical interest with each client. This ensures great client outcomes and gives our occupational therapists excellent job satisfaction. If our therapists wish to develop their skills in a new clinical area, we encourage them by providing support and training.

You work from the comfort of your home with therapy being provided to clients in their homes and local community. We have opportunities available in the Perth Metropolitan area, Peel and Wheatbelt regions.

Clinical caseload may include:

  • High-quality, timely, evidence-based assessment, interventions and reporting.
  • Assessments, interventions, and equipment prescription for recipients of Aged Care packages.
  • Functional capacity, SIL AND SDA assessments for NDIS Participants. 
  • Assistive technology trials and prescriptions. 
  • Implementing daily living skills training. 
  • Basic and complex home modifications.

About You:

This position would be a great match for you if: 

  • You have 5 years minimum clinical experience as an Occupational Therapist. Experience of working in NDIS, the community, home modification, aged care and/ or rehabilitation is preferred but not essential.
  • You strive for the best outcomes for your clients and are prepared to go above and beyond for them. 
  • You are a great communicator. 
  • You can follow processes and work autonomously but are always happy to ask when you need help or further direction. 
  • You love efficiency and have the initiative to get things done.
