Fulltime and part time roles available


Your Role:

  • Leading a team of four passionate Occupational Therapists and supporting them in their assessment, planning and treatment of Paediatric clients. 
  • Working with the Director of Services to plan comprehensive and effective group Paediatric OT training sessions to help upskill your team. 
  • Providing clinical supervision and best practice approaches to service delivery, upholding the service value of Nature based, outdoor therapy modalities. 
  • Mentoring junior Occupational Therapists through formal and informal meetings
  • Liasing with the Director about individual staff performance
  • Manageable KPI's that work around your role as a leader
  • Company car available for community visits
  • Travel allowance for using your own car 
  • Option to be apart of the Kindy Uplift Program and travel interstate, working with children from different communities and backgrounds needing OT support
  • Build long lasting relationships with colleagues, children and families
  • Regular social events with the team

Requirements  
  • Minimum 4 years experience
  • Previous leadership experience desired
  • Working with Children Check
  • Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
  • AHPRA registration
  • Unrestricted working rights in Australia 
  • Drivers license (required) and own vehicle (preferred)
