Global E&C have a requirement for an HSE Advisor to join the team. This is a permanent position based in Aberdeen.

This is a key role, providing HS&E support to the Project Management Group and for specific projects. This may require the development of Quality and HSE plans with clients, safety interface documents, organizing ENVID/HAZID events, performing contractor QHSE evaluations, making job sites audits and inspection and investigating incidents.

Your primary duties will include:

• Being accountable for planning and implementing process assurance activities for the project and reporting the results to the Contract Manager.
• Preparing a plan of assurance activities (audits, spot checks and document reviews) for the critical processes for the project.
• Monitoring work planning activities and evaluate compliance with requirements (project risk assessment and contingency plans, contractor’s work Programmes, etc.).
• Proactively intervening and reporting any issues identified.
• Participating in project risk reviews when required.
• Monitoring compliance with critical processes for onshore resource preparation and mobilisation.

To be considered for this role you should be able to demonstrate:

• NEBOSH qualification.
• Proven ability to work on client projects in the Oil & Gas industry.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience in Oil & Gas Operations, Projects and Turnarounds.
