HSE Advisor
to join a leading commercial construction company based in
Brisbane . With an immediate start date and a salary ranging between
$140K and $150K , depending on experience, this role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a reputable company in the construction sector.
Key Responsibilities
Provide expert advice and support on health, safety, and environmental matters to ensure compliance with regulations and company standards.
Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify hazards and implement corrective actions as required.
Develop and deliver HSE training programs for employees and subcontractors.
Investigate incidents and near misses, and collaborate with project teams to implement preventive measures.
Liaise with clients, regulatory authorities, and other stakeholders on HSE-related issues.
Requirements
Proven experience as an HSE Advisor within the construction industry, with a strong understanding of safety protocols and regulations.
Previous work experience in a commercial construction company is essential.
Sound knowledge of relevant legislation, codes of practice, and industry standards.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
Relevant qualifications in Occupational Health and Safety or a related field.
