We work across two clinic locations (Varsity Lakes and Southport) providing home, community and telehealth services, as well as group therapy sessions, throughout the region.We are passionate about supporting children to discover, develop and build on their strengths and improve how they actively participate in their own lives. We love to have fun - expect lots of laughs, good vibes and maybe even some karaoke on occasion!We have so much more to tell you about why QPAH should be your new home, but we’d love to do this in person!You can learn more about careers at QPAH and access our Employee Value Proposition here: the RoleDue to ongoing expansion, QPAH is delighted to welcome our second Clinical Lead Speech Pathologist to our growing team!Minimum of 4 years supervised clinical experience is required.Paediatric feeding experience is desirable.Part-time or full-time opportunities are available.Experience providing clinical supervision/mentoring is essential.Provide high quality, evidence-based assessment and therapy services to paediatric clients.Collaborate with clients and their families to ensure they have ownership over their own treatment goals and can achieve them.Generalist paediatric clinical skill set including feeding, speech, language, AAC and literacy.Collaborating and communicating with work teams across different environments including schools, early childhood facilities and clinics.Opportunities for joint sessions and clinical case conferencing with the inter-professional team.About the BenefitsSalary package starting at $115,000 per annum (including super) + commission.
