About the role

The Procedures Officer provides quality administration support to management, staff and stakeholders relating to the management of policy, procedures and other essential process documents across West Moreton Health.The role will identify opportunities for improvement in the supporting system functionality and support the implementation of improvements to existing practices for effective document management.

About you

Our ideal candidate will be someone who can demonstrate the following:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, establishing credibility with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders through professional work ethic and targeted written and verbal communications.
  • Demonstrated ability to establish priorities to organise/optimise workflow, through effective use of workplace systems and processes and collaboration with colleagues and stakeholders to meet strict deadlines, produce quality outcomes and achieve results.
  • Sound knowledge and experience with best practice document management in a complex environment, requiring effective organisational, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to respond positively to change and ability to link day to day tasks to performance expectations and team outcomes.  
  • Experience in building constructive and effective relationships to achieve team goals, especially during busy or difficult working periods, and the application of sound judgment on sensitive and confidential issues.

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Whilst a mandatory qualification is not a requirement of the role, a relevant qualification related to Governance Risk and Compliance, along with experience in a similar role, would be well regarded.
