About the role
This is a permanent part time role for an experienced Enrolled Nurse to work at our xx home, working a variety of xx shifts over the 7 day week. The ideal candidate will have previous Aged Care experience as an Enrolled Nurse in Australia, who is medication endorsed, is someone that has good interpersonal skills and is passionate about assisting our residents with their everyday needs.
How you’ll make an impact
A day in the life as an Enrolled Nurse may see you;
Conduct comprehensive review of residents through appropriate assessments
Complete appropriate documentation
Support residents with care requirements inline with scope of practice
Provide oversight and leadership of the home
Motivate, lead and supervise staff
Complete reporting and documentation based on requirement
About you
As a collaborative and valued member of our clinical team, ideally with experience within the health and/or aged care sector, you’ll have:
Current AHPRA Registration (Nursing).
Knowledge and relevant experience in clinical services in a complex nursing and/or aged care setting.
Understanding or ability to learn the attributes of the Commonwealth Funding System in relation to ACFI.
Demonstrated understanding of the relevant Laws, Acts, Regulations, Charters, and Codes of Practice.
Strong verbal and written skills.
