A rare opportunity to experience the world's best practice Early Psychosis Youth Service (Orygen EPPIC model) in the Continuing Care Team in Mount Druitt, funded by the Commonwealth Government. You will work with a small multidisciplinary team providing case management, psychological and medication therapies, with a strong emphasis on engagement and recovery.
The service includes a Functional Recovery Team including peer workers, exercise physiologist, dietician and employment placement and support, plus an extended hours Mobile Assessment and Treatment Team . Previous Registrars have extended their stay in the role, the current Registrar obtaining RANZCP Fellowship. The medical staffing is 5 Consultants, 3 Registrars and one Senior CMO, with local training activities.
