We are currently seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our Endoscopy team on a full-time basis. You will play a key role within a supportive team in ensuring high levels of patient care are provided.
As a Registered Nurse - Endoscopy, your responsibilities will include:
Provides care in accordance with documented care or treatment plans while prioritising workload based on patient needs, acuity and optimal time for intervention
Ensures that all documentation is accurate and completed in a professional and timely manner
Maintains good customer relations in a way that acknowledges dignity, culture, values, beliefs and the rights of individuals and groups
Adopts a consultative approach within a multi-disciplinary work environment whilst ensuring the patient’s duty of care is fulfilled
Ensures all mandatory education and competencies are completed in a timely manner
Demonstrates a willingness to work positively within a team to achieve team goals and the provision of excellence in care/service delivery
Participates in and contributes to occupational health and safety activities to ensure a safe work environment for clients, community, staff and visitors

About You
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
Sound knowledge within the Endoscopy discipline
Commitment to self -directed learning and clinical orthopaedic skills development
Confidence with Clinical Information Systems
Great interpersonal, leadership, communication and information technology skills
Proven ability to establish professional relationships with peers and clients using a customer-service focus
Strong time management skills required to prioritise and multitask in a fast-paced environment
Critical thinking skills, initiative, and ability to work independently and within a team
