The Role 

This role is primarily directed towards those who have relevant paediatric experience as an OT or are wanting to learn! We feel we are making a difference in the industry, and we need like minded people who are ready to step up with the same positive impact.

Your case load is based to suit your location/preference and is available in either a part-time or full-time  capacity as we can be accommodating for the right candidate. 

The role is mostly community based, with some clinic work, and the location we are recruiting for at present is the western suburbs of Melbourne.

The specialised caseload will focus on working with children with Sensory Processing Disorders, ADHD, ASD, learning difficulties, motor coordination challenges, and other developmental, learning, and behavioural difficulties.

What we are looking for:

- An experienced Paediatric Occupational therapist OR a graduate who is willing to learn!

- Has up to date knowledge and experience in working with neurodiverse individuals.

- Hold’s a current/full registration with AHPRA

- Current working with children’s check/able to apply and obtain a working with children check.

- Has a valid Australian driver’s license

- Is a keen communicator and enjoys helping others grow (both clients and colleagues)

- Has a sound understanding of the NDIS and working within NDIS guidelines.
