This is for a Permanent Part Time appointment at 38 hours per fortnight (0.5 FTE).

About this role
This position provides an advanced occupational therapy service to consumers of the Community Mental Health Service; responsible for the clinical coordination across MHPHDS services and supporting of clinicians, in the application and progression of NDIS access and plans for consumers; works in collaboration with NDIS Community Development Officer community multidisciplinary mental health teams and the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) service providers to identify and reduce systemic barriers impacting on mental health consumers, as well as supporting teams by facilitating interagency cooperation and coordination.
This role reports to the Service Manager.

State-wide and Tertiary Mental Health Services include research, forensics, neurosciences, art therapy, eating disorders and other specialised services.
