Our client is a well-established, highly reputable Aged Care Provider which strives to deliver exceptional care and support to its residents.
Due to company growth, our client is seeking multiple motivated and experienced Registered Nurses to join their facility-based teams across multiple locations in the South Coast region.
Required Locations: Nowra & St Georges Basin
Roles:
Part Time (Minimum 16 hours per week)
Full Time (38 hours per week)
Requirements:
In order to succeed in this role, you must hold current AHPRA registration, with previous experience in leading, managing staff and overseeing the clinical care provided to the residents.
You will have a minimum of one year post-basic or post-graduate nursing experience, excellent clinical documentation skills and proven capacity to work effectively under pressure and as part of a team.
You will be a motivated and passionate registered nurse, who has strong communication skills and the ability to foster positive relationships with colleagues, supervisors, residents and their families. You will also have current First Aid & CPR and Manual Handling certification and have or be willing to obtain a current National Police Clearance.
Key Responsibilities:
You’ll provide exceptional care to residents, supporting their independence and improving their quality of life.
You will work within a diverse team to deliver best practice clinical care that supports and enhances residents needs and well-being.
Lead and motivate the care team to deliver the highest quality, person-centred, care to residents.
Manage the development, delivery and review of tailored care plans and assessments.
Maintain quality care documentation, whilst supporting the Clinical Care Manager with ACFI assessments and Commonwealth Standards.
Ensure safe medication administration, best practice wound care and clinical support for residents, in line with resident needs and legislative requirements.
Adhere to all relevant processes, policies, legislative requirements and quality guidelines.
