Maitland, Newcastle, Maitland & Hunter NSWMedical Specialists (Healthcare & Medical)Full time$400,000 p.a. + super + 6 weeks annual leaveThe Lorn Surgery is a multi-disciplinary practice comprising GPs, non-GP specialists, psychologists and allied health providers.To serve the growing needs of the Maitland community we are seeking a Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist.The roles involves 28.5h/week of clinic based consultations reviewing patients referred by GPs for assessment and management. Weekly clinical supervision with Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist Dr Ian McCracken is provided.You will join an adult psychiatrist, a general paediatrician, GPs with special interests in mental health (including complex trauma, eating disorders, gender dysphoria & neurodiversity), adult and teen psychologists and a dietitian with a special interest in eating disorders.Remuneration is a salary of $400k p.a. pro rata plus superannuation with 6 weeks annual leave.Applicants requiring an Area of Need Position are welcome to apply.FRANCP or assessed as substantially comparable by the RANCPMaitland is semi-rural with a population of 80,000.
