Job Opportunity:
We have an exciting opportunity for a Palliative Care Consultant to join our team on a full-time basis.

The Role:
As a Palliative Care Consultant, you will play a vital role as part of our welcoming and dedicated multidisciplinary team. Collaborating closely with specialists, registrars, Palliative trained GPs, Nursing, and Allied Health professionals, you will provide comprehensive care to our patients. Your responsibilities will encompass community outreach, inpatient care, and support for acute client groups, offering a fulfilling and varied workload within a supportive environment. Our service is accredited for the Diploma of Palliative Medicine and offers training opportunities for Advanced Trainees in Palliative Medicine.

Requirements:
To apply, candidates must meet one of the following criteria:
  • Registered with AHPRA with at least 12 months of recent experience
  • Specialist Medical Practitioner with extensive experience in Palliative Medicine
  • A Fellow of the Australasian Chapter of Palliative Medicine (AChPM)
  • IMGs eligible for the Competent Authority Pathway from the UK, Ireland, Canada, USA, or NZ
