The Company:

Harnham have exclusively partnered with a high growth Boutique Research company that specialises in Digital research, Behavioural Science, Consumer Research, and Social Research

The Role:

• Leading role on one of the organizations flagship accounts, working with the qual and quant account directors to help manage the delivery of the account
• Your time will be focussed on working for this client, leading the teams who will be delivering much of the day to day running of several ongoing projects
• You will conduct briefs with client stakeholders, designing interesting research methodologies to solve the business challenge and having oversight and responsibility for the delivery of projects.

Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience working at a senior level with public and/or commercial sector clients, senior stakeholders and diverse client teams
• Minimum 6 years’ experience in qualitative research role in a research agency
• Experience in producing high quality outputs and embedding these in a client culture
• Strong communication skills – written, PowerPoint and verbal
• Ability to derive insight using appropriate methodologies and fluency in a range of traditional and digital approaches
• Confident moderating depths, groups, workshops etc – F2F and online

The benefits:

As a Qualitative Associate Director, you can earn up to a base of £60,000 plus an aggressive benefits package
